If the ball goes front, then make your chin to move up okay? That’s all about that! Just concentrate on the chin ! you can balance it front and back.
If you keep like this, Concentrate on the chin goes back and down! Got it? And you need to look into the ball!
Or else you can’t see the balancing what people normally do is they keep the ball and look downwards ! you always keep an eye on the ball! So, the first thing here does not use the nose as support for beginners!

After balancing, in Headstall mostly it won’t fall sideways why because is that you have so many spaces on your forehead sideways ! and you’re placing it at the centre. Mostly it falls backwards or forward! Sideways is rare.
When it goes sideways is That! Only when you use the nose as your support! See here! It’s like this the same if you keep them at your forehead. It’ll fall either backwards or forward ! so this is main!

But for the sideways, it’s your leg! First of all, place your leg like this! Keep your leg wide! with the help of your knees, and you need to give this movement ! that is while balancing!

I think it took 23 to 25sec to go there and come back! what I’ve done here is I balanced it on the little nose bit why because is that if we place the ball here while moving forward there’s a chance that the ball might backward So to avoid that, using nose support is easy so, how was the challenge! this is not a trickshot this is a challenge! so comment down!
